Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) is proud to announce the successful naming ceremony of its three latest vessels, ANITTA BHUM, BENYAPAR BHUM, and CHANTISA BHUM on 24 September 2026. The prestigious ceremony took place CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (Longxue Plant) in Guangzhou, China.

The ceremony was distinguished by RCL's senior leadership, Dr. Jamlong Atikul, Chairman of the Board of Directors, including Mr. Sumate Tanthuwanit, Chairman of the Executive Committee of RCL, and Dr. Twinchok Tanthuwanit, President of RCL, alongside prominent industry leaders and stakeholders.

The ANITTA BHUM, which translates to "Kindliness Land", a land of kindness and compassion, was christened by sponsor lady Mrs Naruemol Wanglee with Mr. Petch Wanglee, Managing Director of Thanakorn Vegetable Oil Products Company Limited.

BENYAPAR BHUM, which translates to "Wisdom Land", was christened by sponsor lady Mrs Busatree Wanglee with Mr Khem Wanglee, Director & Managing Director (Commercial) of SMS Corporation Company Limited.

CHANTISA BHUM, which translates to "Greatness Land", was christened by sponsor lady Mrs Ang Siew Lan with Mr Paul Chuah Seong Phaik Chairman of the PCCO Group, Malaysia.

These ships mark the first three deliveries in a major fleet expansion order of eight high-specification vessels under the 4,488-TEU Project with CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding. The vessels are equipped with a range of technologies, such as Energy Saving Devices (ESD) and other systems, designed to improve operational efficiency and reduce sulphur oxide (SOx) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, as well as Alternative Maritime Power (AMP) capabilities, allowing them to connect to shore-side electricity while at port. In addition, the vessels are LNG/methanol/ammonia dual-fuel ready, providing the flexibility to adopt alternative marine fuels. Together, these features reflect RCL's continued investment in more efficient, environmentally conscious and future-ready vessels.

Following the successful ceremony, the three vessels are scheduled to reinforce RCL's regional network connectivity soon. Delivered on the day of this naming ceremony, ANITTA BHUM will shortly set sail from Shanghai, entering the RCL FAR EAST LATIN AMERICA SERVICE (AFL) route and linking ports from East Asia to Latin America. Meanwhile, BENYAPAR BHUM, to be delivered on 19 October 2026, is slated to cover the RCL FAR EAST - MADRAS SERVICE 2 (RFM2), with coverage for through Asia and the India Subcontinent. CHANTISA BHUM, to be delivered on 20 November 2026, will next be covering the RCL SOUTH CHINA INDONESIA SERVICE (RCI02), linking South China to ports in Southeast Asia.

The delivery of the 4,488-TEU vessels underscores RCL's commitment to investing in future-ready vessels as part of its long-term fleet enhancement strategy. Through this continued investment, RCL remains committed to strengthening its service capabilities, enhancing RCL's operations and supporting more sustainable maritime transportation across the Asia region and beyond.

Nikhom Sang Ton Eang Khokpho Mittraphap Thi 148 School in Pattani Province is one of the educational institutions participating in the Partnership School Project, a collaborative initiative between the Ministry of Education, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Trade of Thailand. RCL has continuously supported the school since 2023 as part of its commitment to improving the quality of education.

On 15 September 2026, Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) donated computers, sports equipment, musical instruments, and furniture for the digital library. The donated items, valued at a total of THB 436,685, were received by Mr. Wirat Chan-ngam, School Director, together with teachers and students.

Dr. Twinchok Tanthuwanit, President of RCL, attended the award ceremony held at the Chada Ballroom, Siam Kempinski Hotel on the 15th of July. This esteemed accolade is presented to companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand that demonstrate exceptional overall performance and excellence in business operations throughout the year.

This year on RCL Day, June 25th, RCL headquarters in Bangkok organized a CSR activity to bring joy to the children of the Duang Prateep Foundation in Khlong Toei, Bangkok.

Twenty-six employee representatives spent the day at the Foundation alongside 138 children, making sandwiches, sharing a lunch together, and distributing items donated by RCL employees such as plain milk, rice, noodles, pasta, and hardcover storybooks. A simple gesture of giving was also an afternoon filled with laughter, connection, and genuine warmth between the RCL team and the children.

Beyond the smiles it brought to the children's faces, the activity was also a meaningful way for RCL employees to come together and support local communities. It was a celebration that gave back and a reminder that the best way to celebrate growth is by sharing it with others.

On 18 March 2026, Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) donated medical equipment a Gastrointestinal Endoscopy System, Self-Expandable Matal Stent and Dilation Catheter for gastrointestinal examination, valued at THB 21,339,500 to Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, to be used in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal diseases.

The donation was presented by Mrs. Suporn Amnuaypan, Senior Vice President (Group Head of Human Resources, Administration, Business Process Management, ESG & CSR, Investor Relations, and Communication & Branding), together with management team representatives of company Ms. Waraporn Pongpanich, Ms. Thitinun Chinvararuk, Ms. Thanintorn Tassanawat, CSR and ESG representatives of employees. The equipment was received by Dr. Taweechai Wisnuyothin, Director of Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, along with members of the medical staff.

Endoscopic Ultrasound is a minimally invasive procedure that combines endoscopy with ultrasound technology to diagnose gastrointestinal and intestinal disorders, as well as other conditions. The endoscope used is a small, flexible tube with a miniature ultrasound device at its tip, allowing for precision and flexibility during the procedure.

This specialized endoscope, known as an echoendoscope, can be inserted through the mouth or rectum and directed to specific locations as required by the doctor. This innovation significantly enhances the ability of doctors to detect abnormalities within the gastrointestinal tract and surrounding areas due to the greater clarity it provides.

This donation of medical equipment reflects RCL's commitment to creating a direct positive social impact in line with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being).
