Regional Container Lines (RCL) continues to monitor the evolving situation around the Strait of Hormuz. To maintain our service integrity amidst significant operational adjustments and network disruptions, we are implementing a General Rate Increase (GRI) for all cargo moving to and from the Middle East, Arabian Gulf, and Persian Gulf.

Effective March 2, 2026, the following GRI will apply to bookings already placed / cargo in transit / new bookings until further notice:

Applicability:

• This GRI is to be borne by the booking party.
• The increase applies to all bookings from March 2, 2026.
• All bookings that have not yet shipped.
• Cargo already on the water but not yet discharged or loaded to/from UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Iraq.
• Shipments not yet loaded to/from the above destinations.
