CUSTOMER ADVISORY #12 : Service RBK2 Update to Middle East

Dear Customers,

In light of the heightened escalation of conflict in the Middle East and the resulting exceptional circumstances beyond RCL’s control, we regret to inform you that we are compelled to declare an End of Voyage as follows:

1)     ZHONG GU DA LIAN V.26004E.

2)     ZHONG GU DA LIAN V.26005E.

3)     WAN HAI 316 V.S247.

4)     ESL WAFA V.02605W.

A mandatory surcharge of USD 500 per container will be applied to all affected shipments, without exception, to partially cover the additional costs incurred.

Furthermore, all discharge-related expenses — including, but not limited to, handling, storage, and any ancillary charges — shall be for the sole account and risk of the cargo, in accordance with the Bill of Lading Terms and Conditions.

RCL sincerely regrets the necessity of this decision, which arises from exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
