Dear Customers,

In view of the continued escalation of security threats in the Red Sea region, RCL regrets to inform customers that we are compelled to declare Force Majeure and withdraw our planned China–Red Sea sailing scheduled on MV TS Chennai Voyage 2604E.

All additional costs and expenses arising from this Force Majeure event—including, but not limited to, handling, storage, re-routing, transshipment, inland transportation, demurrage, detention, port charges, and any ancillary charges—shall be for the sole account and risk of the cargo owner, in accordance with the applicable Bill of Lading Terms and Conditions.

RCL sincerely regrets the necessity of this decision, which arises from exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We conƟnue to monitor the security situation closely and will resume normal operations when it is safe and operationally feasible to do so.
